Returns/Cancellation Policy

 

AfterPay/Sezzle Cancellations & Refunds:
All Afterpay/Sezzle Orders that are canceled or refunded will incur a 6% fee (unless Store Credit is chosen). 


These payment plans charge fees that are nonrefundable. We pay the fee either way so please understand this is non-negotiable.

 

Cancellation Policy:
All Cancellations are subject to a 5% Cancellation Fee. Please make sure you want to purchase before completing the order.

  • When you cancel an order, we are still responsible for paying the initial processing fees, and we do not get these back. Please make sure you actually want the item before you hit the "place order" button as this takes time and costs money for us to cancel your order.

  

Returns:
Orders are eligible for a Refund minus the cost of original Shipping Fees, or Store Credit within 14 days of order date as long as the item is in new, unused, and uncarried condition.

  • Sale items can be Returned for Store Credit Only
  • Preowned Sales are Final and Cannot be Returnd
  • Custom and MidTech items are Subject to a 10% Restock Fee, unless Store Credit is chosen.
  • Returns Requests will only be accepted within 14 Days from date of your order 
  • Returns must be received by EK within 10 Days of being issued a Return Authorization Confirmation
  • If you prefer a REFUND, we will credit your original card payment, minus the cost of Original Shipping Fees paid by you, or if you chose "Free Shipping", we will deduct our actual cost of shipping from your Return. If you choose STORE CREDIT, you will receive the full amount of the Return
  • If you chose "Free Shipping" we will NOT deduct shipping costs for Store Credit.
  • Habitual Returns will be subject to a 10% Restock Fee (Example: More than 2 returns in 30 days)

Return Shipping Fees:

EK does not pay return shipping fees for any reason other than if we ship you the wrong item.
You are responsible for all return shipping if you decide that the item you purchased is not for you, or does not meet your expectations for blade sharpness, blade centering, blade grinds, color variance, fit/finish, manufactures blemish or the blade steel received differs from what is pictured or listed in the item description. 


If an item is actually defective, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and we will cover the cost for Replacement Shipping back to you.

  • We recommend you insure the return package as EK is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • All original Manufacturers Packaging must be included and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, we will return the item to you at your cost.
  • Please include the original packing slip, or include your name, order number, and instructions on refund preference 
  • If we ship your package to you in a box, we ask that you return the package to us in a box. Please do not ship items back to us in an Envelope.
  • Please do NOT attach a Return Shipping label directly to any Manufacturers Packaging, as you will receive the item back to you.

To Initiate a Return:
Please use our Return Portal by logging into your EK Account.
Click on "My Account" --> "Orders", to initiate your Return Request. 
If you do not have an account with us, or checked out as a Guest, please email Return Requests to Returns@Eknives.com.

  • Please do NOT send items back to us without a Return Authorization, as your return will not be processed and it will be sent back to you.
