    Awesome customer...

Upon receiving my Rockwall it had a defect and the detent ball was missing and was causing a bit of an issue with the lock up and action on the knife but I contacted the team over at knives.com and they quickly resolved the issue and my new Rockwall I received is top notch. I dig everything about this knife solid lock up and action is smooth as ever. Honeycomb design is perfect! Good job guys!!

    Excellent Gentleman’s...

I’m a big fan if this ā€œhexā€ version of the Rockwall. Some of my peers have judged it as gthe ā€œbee hiveā€ pattern. Regardless, it has comfortable feel in the hand and flips open with authority. I had an issue where the detent became weak. The blade could deploy unexpectedly under the right conditions. EKNIVES stepped up to plate and offered a replacement. Great customer service. However, they made me pay return shipping and insurance. Seemed pretty unfair for a defective and unsafe product. I questioned them and they gave me a line about shipping it back to me at no cost. For this, I will definitely look elsewhere when making my next purchase. Sorry EK, you should have done better.
