Q. What can I expect after I place an order with eknives.com?
A. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order information and our terms and conditions. Save this email for future reference. We will then fill and ship your order ASAP and notify you when your item has shipped. Read our terms for more information regarding deliveries.

Q. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A. Factors such as stock status, special order status and seasons have an effect on delivery dates. We ship items for free using USPS Parcel Post, which usually takes 7-10 days to arrive once your items have been shipped. Most orders take 14-21 days to arrive from the time of order, and items will arrive separately if stock status differs as to not hold up the entire order. In some instances, manufacturer constraints and special orders can result in extended delivery times.
