The Diagnostic is a karambit neck knife from Bastinelli Creations. This neck knife has a Karambit style that can be used in any CQC situation. The N690C stainless steel construction makes it extremely durable and the stonewash finish will allow for long term use with little wear. A finger groove and an integrated thumb hole provide excellent blade control with this smaller size knife. The Diagnostic comes with a kydex sheath and a ball chain for comfortable everyday carry.

Beautifully Dangerous
I purchased this to hang around my neck while at home (there’s been a lot of break-ins around me) in case I need to protect myself opening our door. The blade is razor sharp. It’s a little darker than the image and that’s a good thing. You can feel the stonewash, and it fits securely in my hand. Kydex sheath holds it securely, and the ball chain is good quality. I’m very happy with this knife, Bastinelli always brings the quality. You can’t beat EKnives amazing customer service!!!!

No regrets
I bought it recently. I wasn’t sure about. Now ,I like it. It is nice little neck knife . I have no regrets. Too bad I can’t show picture of it.
