All Orders Ship within 24 hours, except on weekends! If you need a shipment by a specific day please contact us prior. 423.525.9477 Call/Text. 

We ship mostly UPS and USPS, if you need it shipped Fedex please Contact Us first.

Note: Some items cannot be shipped via USPS (i.e. certain knives, Sprays etc.) and we reserve the right to modify your shipping selection if necessary.

FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING (5-7 business days)

Free Shipping is available on all Domestic Orders over $100. Please note "Free Shipping" is the slowest option meaning (UPS Surepost or USPS First Class) so please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

Most orders are shipped without a signature required. If you have a preference (i.e. "I want to signature" or "No signature required") please let us know in the comment box at checkout.

Shipping times are in business days (not weekends).These times are never a guarantee with shipping couriers as delays can happen from time to time. Delivery costs are not refundable unless you choose UPS Next day air or 2nd Day air (refundable). These are business days only. If you need a Saturday delivery via UPS please contact us for pricing, it is extra.

International Shipping

Prior to placing an international order (defined as outside the United States of America), you must contact us at the information listed under the “contact us” section of the Website. There are numerous export and import restrictions regarding tactical and outdoor Products. International purchasers assume all risk of loss, theft, customs seizures, clearance, duties, levies, fees, taxes, storage charges, broker fees, and the like associated with international shipments (the foregoing collectively, “International Shipping Events”), and you agree that EKNIVES shall not be held liable for any International Shipping Events.

International Customer Conditions:

  • Customer must pay all shipping fees
  • Customer must pay any and all taxes, duties, etc.
  • Customer must pay via Wire Transfer
  • If items get lost, stolen, or seized by customs, we are not accountable, and cannot give a refund.
  • Customer must understand their own/carry laws in their country and have proper permits where applicable
  • Customer must pay all shipping fees for returns & exchanges, as well as warranty work
  • Please note that we do not falsify customs documents. We will list exact items and exact values, in accordance with national and federal laws. If you believe that your items will be seized at customs when labeled appropriately, we urge you to carefully consider this.


Returns Policy

You may return an item purchased from EKNIVES for a refund but you must Notify Us within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. This means if you carry a knife or cut stuff with it, or put any wear or handling marks on the item, it is yours.
  •  All returns must come in original manufacturers packaging, if anything is missing we will send it back to you.
  • Please contact us prior to return to obtain an RA number for return shipping.

All Returns are subject to a 10% Restock Fee 

  • Please understand EKNIVES is a small business, we are not Zappos! Returns cost us money in credit card fees, labor, shipping etc.. 

It is the customers responsibility to pay for all shipping related fees for returns (We do not refund any shipping charges unless we make a mistake on the order, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label). If you decide to return an item or want to exchange, you will have to pay for the shipping back to us and the shipping of the exchanged item.

  • An Exchange can be processed for items of equal or greater value only.
  • Returns for store credit will NOT be assessed a restock fee
  • An RA number must be obtained before any returns can be accepted (
  • Returns must be received 7 days from the date you were issued an RA number. Returns received past that time period will be charged a handling fee.
  • Please Allow 4-5 Business days to process your return. It does not happen overnight so dont call the next day asking where the money is, it takes several business days to hit your account depending on you bank.
