FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING (5-7 business days) available on all Domestic Orders. Please note "Free Shipping" is the slowest option meaning (UPS Surepost or USPS First Class) so in most cases it will take 5-7 days. UPS ground delivery "estimates" map shown below.
Shipping times are in business days (not weekends).These times are never a guarantee with shipping couriers as delays can happen from time to time. Delivery costs are not refundable unless you choose UPS Next day air or 2nd Day air (refundable). These are business days only. If you need a Saturday delivery via UPS please contact us for pricing, it is extra.

- All orders ship within 24 hrs of purchase (most ship same day if purchased before 2pm EST.
- International orders ship UPS or USPS International.
Once International orders leave the United States EKNIVES is not responsible for customs seizures in your Country. That means we issue No Refunds for lost/Missing packages. You also are responsible for knowing the laws/Customs in your Country and must be of legal age to purchase.
You may return an item purchased from EKNIVES for a refund but you must Notify Us within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. This means if you carry a knife or cut stuff with it, or put any wear or handling marks on the item, it is yours.
- All returns must come in original manufacturers packaging, if anything is missing we will send it back to you.
- Please contact us prior to return to obtain an RA number for return shipping.
All Returns are subject to a 10% Restock Fee
- Please understand EKNIVES is a small business, we are not Zappos! Returns cost us money in credit card fees, labor, shipping etc..
It is the customers responsibility to pay for all shipping related fees for returns (We do not refund any shipping charges unless we make a mistake on the order, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label). If you decide to return an item or want to exchange, you will have to pay for the shipping back to us and the shipping of the exchanged item.
- An Exchange can be processed for items of equal or greater value only.
- Returns for store credit will NOT be assessed a restock fee
- An RA number must be obtained before any returns can be accepted
- Returns must be received 7 days from the date you were issued an RA number. Returns received past that time period will be charged a handling fee.
- Please Allow 5-7 Business days to process your return. It does not happen overnight.
