Return Policy (14 Days) We no longer provide return shipping labels
We sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase so we will do what we can to make it right.
All production knives/gear are eligible for a full refund within 14 days as long as the item is in new, unused, uncarried condition. All original packaging must be included and undamaged as well. We no longer provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.
We dont do exchanges unless the item you want is equal value. Otherwise we just refund you and let you pick what you want to replace it with. We try to make it simple and easy for everyone.

Item must be new/unused/uncarried original condition. Items not in new condition will be sent back.

Return shipments must be inside a cardboard box, do not ship us a label attached to the mfg box or it will be sent back.
If we ship an item to you by mistake or there is an issue with the product we will take care of getting it returned
- Returns not shipped within 14 days will not be accepted.
All Custom/Midtech items will be incur a 5% Restock Fee to return. Please understand these are very expensive items, super hard to get and very costly to ship and process payments on.
NOTE: "Preowned Knives" and "Sale" items are final sale. No Refunds or Exchanges.
Note: We will not accept returns with shipping labels attached directly to product packaging.
Note: We do not reimburse cost of shipping for the initial order.
