The idea behind the Sebenza has never wavered: to craft the best pocket knife in the world.  Premium materials, paired with pristine finishes, and a bank-vault lock-up— all within an incredibly light, precision-made tool. That commitment continues with the new Sebenza 31 with a Ceramic Ball Interface.  Like the very first Sebenza, it delivers the same warm “click” and heirloom quality produced from aerospace tolerances.  The Sebenza 31 brings finer details to already fine knife — and another steady, reliable step forward.

    Elegance at a...

Posted by Bradley Scheftner on Dec 28th 2023

I have been waiting a long time to find the right configuration of a Chris Reeve Sebenza 31. This version with a polished blade closely replicates the original to me Sebenza 21. The Magnacut steel is excellent and comes out of the box with a nice convexed edge. The polish blade attracts fingerprints but again fits the aesthetic look especially with the addition of polished hardware on the knife. I prefer the non glass blasted finish and knife overall has an improved fit in finish and comes out of box smooth like a Sebenza should. Highly recommend this configuration and it to anyone who might be considering one. My complaint is the additional cost increase from the original 21 which is not at fault of anyone just a point of note.
