The blade came wicked sharp out of Demko and the shape cuts well in the market basket of tasks I have in my daily chores. IMO, the shark lock is the best mechanism on the market today...very quick and solid finger safe system! The texturing on these G10 scales provides an extremely sure grip. The only ticks off points (I'd actually score the knife about 4.9 out of 5 if this review was that granular) are: 1) It doesn't come with a deep carry clip. I know this is a personal preference and easily resolved with an aftermarket clip so I wouldn't actually charge even 1/10 of a point for it...just thought it worth mentioning. 2) Demko REALLY needs to knock down the edges on the shark lock...ESPECIALLY on their higher priced custom shop knives. This is an issue on ALL of their shark locked knives and is literally a sore spot amongst many Demko users. If I didn't love the knife on the whole as much as I do and were brutally honest with scoring I'd deduct quite a bit more for this lack of attention to detail. In summary, this is a truly great knife that carries nicely for having a 3.75" blade. If you're in the market for a high end well built knife, look no further the AD20S is a keeper. Hope this review is helpful with folks purchasing decisions. Cheers!
