Guardian Tactical RECON-035 OTF Automatic Knife 3.3" Drop Point Two Tone Black 93211

My first OTF, what do I know. It's a beautiful tool almost too nice to get dirty but that's what it's for. I almost wish I got the 040 113211 only because it might fit my XL hands better. Maybe I can sneak the 040 in past the wife and have both. The 035 has what people call "lots of recoil" when opening and closing. This is a satisfying sensation of the strong springs slamming it open and closed. I don't notice the easy trigger that is in all the reviews, it seems to take just the right amount of force to open and close it. I like the offset pocket clip it's unique. The two tone blade is beautiful with the drop point and it came sharp as can be. The folks at Eknives made it a little special with a hand written thank you, band-aid, starbust and sticker. I quickly ordered a couple more pieces from them and received the same special touch of care. That's how you get repeat customers keep it up Clayton and family. Someone once told me the customer isn't always right but the customer should always be happy. Cheers.

This knife is a great otf. No failures so far in its function. I have other otf knives and this one is the smoothest. The transaction with EKnives was easy and smooth, with great pricing and fast delivery.

Most OTF knives are fun to play with but aren't really practical for EDC, not the Recon 35. The blade is actually big enough to use for most EDC tasks. The action is amazingly smooth, and the button has the perfect texture for firing without tearing up your thumb.. For the price, this is the best bang for the buck OTF IMO. The quality, fit, and finish is on par with much more expensive knives.
