So I originally bought a microtech and chose to pick it up in store, but when I walked into this shop it was very overwhelming. Now the shop is not big at all so that's saying a lot. I love the way they showcase their knives! Very well organized store as well. But what I am really satisfied is the customer service here. Once I walked in I was greeted and asked what brought me in. He then proceeded to check me out but I was having second thoughts as my options of other knives are abundant here. So I asked him if it would be okay if I was to change my mind and get another knife. Well I did. He also was helping another customer all at the same time. I looked at probably 5 knives and was treated how you're supposed to be treated while buying a knife. So thank you EKnives family and thank you to Sam Darras specifically for allowing me to exchange my knife for this beautiful Heretic Manticore E. I was even able to use my $25 off coupon and was left with $2 in store credit! I suggest anyone buying from them online/in-person.
