The Rick Hinderer Knives Hollow Grind! The production slicer grind will now feature a slight hollow as a way to improve upon the cutting abilities of the RHK Slicer. The flat ground slicer has always been thinner behind the edge compared to the Spearpoint and Spanto style blades and with the added slight hollow, we have improved the angles of the edge while maintaining the blades sectional density and therefore not sacrificing the Hinderer toughness you’ve come to expect!

Truly is a tank….
One of the First Eklipse I’ve ever owned. Really very impressed with this hollow ground slicer config. If you know Hinderer, there’s not much to say. If not, the ergos are fantastic. It feels great in hand. The action on mine is great. The knife is built really tough and well thought out. I’d say truly meant for working hard. Customizable infinitely from factory made products is a plus. I’m really satisfied with this piece. Eknives as usual got it to me very quickly even though I had a shipping concern…. Never a problem with EKnives!
