This is the upgraded version of the Aluminum. I bought in store at Eknives and for my tastes this was the most plain version there. I considered the carbon fiber but it didn't feel any lighter in my hand. I'm replacing a KeySmart leather. The size is larger on this than the KeySmart but the ruggedness is a big reason for me to switch. I liked the leather on the KeySmart but it comes off over time whereas this titanium is in it for the longhaul. Buy once, cry once.
