Fits like a glove.
The fitment is nice and tight. The kydex will rub fairly aggressively against your knife. So, if you use your MicroTech instead of it just sitting in a box in your closet or in a case, I definitely recommend this holster.

Had to return the sheath. Evidently Microtech slightly changed the knife so the sheath no longer fits. E-Knives was great about the return.

This item didn't fit well at all and, as a result, damaged the handle of a brand new Dirac delta. I wish I had never purchased it. Also, I'm still waiting to receive a return shipping label. Very disappointing and downright sad. The damage was done to my first microtech knife which was also a birthday present from my brother who is no longer with us.

The overall construction was excellent.There is a break in process that I like! Draws and deployment is smooth and fast.
