What a FANTASTIC knife from Medford!

Posted by mike seiferth on Feb 10th 2024

This has to be one of the nicest knives I’ve ever handled. I remember a few years ago Medfords knives were pretty nice but to me they felt a bit over priced. They have improved so much in every way possible. The action is insane, the detent is super crisp, the dlc finish on both the blade and the scales is perfect, the anodizing on the pivot and lock bar screw is super vivid, the fit and finish is simply stunning. Every time I get a Medford they somehow improve in ways I didn’t think was possible. 100% worth the high price tag and I would absolutely recommend this Proxima to anyone who wants a beastly American made folder that can handle whatever you throw at it. Ergonomics are ridiculous lock up is as solid as it gets. I can’t find a negative thing to say about this knife. I love buying from Eknives because they do such a good job with pi from all angles so you can see exactly what you are getting! The only I wish was different was the extra tax I have to pay whenever buying from Eknives. Idk if it’s because my shipping address is In CA? But when I buy from some other online knife retailers I’m not charged the extra $50-$60 on a knife in this price range which would be cool to avoid. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you guys! ??
