The Combat Troodon is a precision made, out-the-front tactical knife. It is 25% larger than Microtech's flagship model, the Troodon. It brings the slender handle, contoured shape, radical design elements, and a sophisticated internal mechanism which improves operational functionality and reliability to a larger scale. The Combat Troodon is designed for a broad spectrum of utility and close quarter combat applications.

Great customer service, and quick shipping
I don't know why I hesitated so much–well yeah, I do; it was because of the price tag. $1450 is a chunk of change. However, I have to say that this knife is worth it! Absolutely! It's stout and feels like a piece of equipment or something; I mean, you have to hold it and fire it to understand and get it. I'm even happier that I could find it in the exact blade style and finish that I wanted, especially the double serrated edges. It is big but still fits very well inside my pocket with no issues. I definitely know I'm carrying it, unlike my Ultratech (also a great knife) that is light enough that I sometimes forget I have on me. Anyway, I don't often leave reviews, especially good ones, because I'm lazy or perhaps indifferent to the whole process of buying online, and it takes time; but this knife deserves it and more so EKnives; these folks have fantastic customer service and ship FAH! If you've been looking at this knife, wanting to buy it and can afford it, I say go for it! You won't regret it; I'm the classic buyer who sometimes will feel buyer's remorse; I admit it. But not with this beast of a knife! Oh, and it ain't going in my gun safe either; I'm actually carrying it and will likely continue to do so for a long time.
Amazing blade, now I may purchase the Tanto.
This CT frag is next level in my opinion and by that I mean in terms of looks and presentation I highly recommend this CT
