A New Model called the Dirac (DER-ACK) Delta, a slightly larger version than the Dirac from Microtech Knives. The Dirac and Dirac Delta are the very first offering from Microtech Knives to feature the OTF slider on the front of the handle instead of the side. The Dirac Delta is about the size of the Combat Troodon and the Dirac is similar to the UTX-85 in size.

Microtech Dirac...
I like the size of the Microtech Dirac Delta but I don't like the way the blade retracts. The thumb ramp is hard to pull back and I have found that this common on some Microtech models. That is why I gave it 3 Stars.

The action on this baby is so nice and strong! Got this knife real sharp at 10dps and .25 strop . 0 failures, bolts are secure and do not loosen. Great QC.. thanks eknives for the ridiculously quick shipping and great care for the packaging.

The best defensive carry blade Microtech...
Slender package, blade looks like the Combat Troodon blade, ambidextrous because of the top mounted switch. When drawing the knife, my thumb lands right on the switch. Blade deployment rivals the Cypher is speed.
