The Dirac is Microtech's first double action knife with a cover firing slider. They designed a new ergonomic chassis with curved lines similar to the H.A.L.O. for a slightly different feel, compared to Microtech's other handles. Anthony Marfione and team researched this particular O.T.F. design and applied their signature ultra-high tolerance Microtech features such as proprietary hardware, innovative internal mechanism, and glass breaker. With an overall length of 7.25 inches, the all-new Dirac is just right for an everyday knife.

Perfect!
This is my first OTF. I can’t believe I waited this long! The Dirac is the perfect size, easy to use, very effective and more concealable than most of my other knives. I know this will not be my last Microtech purchase.

When drawing out of the pocket the thumb is placed perfectly to then deploy the blade when out of the pocket

Amazing!
It is a bit hard to open and close for me as I am an older woman with arthritis but I feel so safe in carrying it with me at all times and I am really grateful that I could afford such an amazing knife!

Microtech Dirac...
Awesome knife as an all day carry. Not too big not too small. OTF mechanism is superb obviously, it’s a Microtech. Small enough to hide inside a fist when closed. Pop it out when danger shows its ugly head. Get one, you’ll be glad you did.

I love this knife I was unable to locate it...
I was watching some videos on Jiggatv.com and seen a review regarding the Dirac and he mentioned he purchased from EKnives and so I hit the link in the description and Walla it was there I purchased it immediately.
