Microtech Socom Alpha Mini Fixed Blade Knife Carbon Fiber 3.75" Warcom DLC 93M-1DLCCFS

A beautifully designed and constructed little knife. It looks superb, the carbon fibre scales are top notch, and the blade steel is one of the best for the job, with the DLC finish being excellent. The sheath I think is perfect for the job, and with the belt clasp removed it fits nicely into the pocket. My one disappointment with it is the size of the handle. At 3.75" it is small, but the way it tapers down in size to match the size of the end of your pinky finger at the butt, means it is effectively held only with half of your hand if your hands are on the large size. If you've got little mitts no probs, but all that said, it is still a beauty. Big thumbs up to EK Knives for being the only dealer to have this blade in stock at the time of my purchase, and for the superb price, many thanks all.

Absolutely love this thing. It’s a legit combat knife/perfect edc knife (size/blade shape/etc.). The quality is second to none as expected. If I had one complaint it would be the sheath( although the matching hardware is pretty sick). I prefer scout or pocket carry and one it simply can’t do the other it can but was too….rigid-I don’t know,finding it hard to articulate why it scout carried weird. Anyway that almost doesn’t matter cause it’s the knife I paid all that money for…I can get the perfect sheath( and am) made. Five stars all day long sheath be damned.
