Outstanding Microtech Socom Bravo folding knife...
I am of the opinion that the USA produces the vast majority of the best knives available today. This Socom Bravo SE however, shows that the quality of workmanship we generally rely on from America can also be produced by the best of the rest. This is a truly outstanding folder from Microtech/Rike. The design, as we know from Microtech is unbeatable, but the quality of production and materials delivered by the manufacturer in this instance is truly a credit to all. I have decided this knife is too special for me to use on the farm, so it will go into my collection to pass on to my son and daughters when I clock out, will pick up a Socom Elite as soon as available to fill the void. Goes without saying, usual unparalleled service from all at Eknives, thanks as ever.

Won’t open one...
I’ve collected knives for 45 years and own over 300 as of this review. Many are thumb stud opening but the detent on this one is so strong I can’t open it one handed and it’s not breaking in so far

Awesome...
I procrastinated purchasing one even though reviews gave it high marks. I saw it pop back up on Eknives.com and figured, now is the time. I'm glad I made the purchase. It's really well finished and detailed with beautiful smooth transitions on the handle between the carbon fiber and Ti portions. The blade is M390 and sharp ! It has a wonderful solid and satisfying click when you flick it open and a solid lockup. The blade closes so effortlessly. If you are here, you already know Eknives.com is simply an awesome store with great service and super fast shipping. Thanks Clay, Coco, Misty and Sam for another great transaction.

It's my idea of an ideal knife.
I am a Japanese knife enthusiast. I have been a fan of Microtech for a long time. I think the Socom Bravo is the perfection of the Socom series. I already have a TE, so when I saw the SE in this store, I decided to buy it immediately. The handle is a gorgeous combination of titanium and carbon instead of aluminum. M390, a high-grade steel material, is used. Strength, sharpness, weight, and balance are all excellent. It is truly a bravo knife. The store was also very kind, even though it was an overseas mail order. I would like to use it again if I have a chance.

Great knives from great place!!!
Finally got one and it is a BEAST of a knife! Carrie’s well for larger heavier folder and so what if it’s machined in China you still get that Microtech hand assembled quality. Eknives is first place I look for a knife. Orders are always shipped FAST with plenty of swag lol. Never had any issues and always email back quickly if you have questions. Awesome store and people!!!
