Microtech puts out a quality product. The Ram-...
Microtech puts out a quality product. The Ram- Lock is a nice addition to there lineup. As always the blade is razor sharp and deploys smoothly lockup is solid. The only negative would have to be the handle scale material feels a little cheap, sharp edges. I will be changing them out for some from OG which should make this a solid EDC.

Microtech Standard...
I got the partially serrated version with the apocalyptic stonewashed blade! I really like the aesthetics of the knife and the reverse tanto blade! EJ Ives gave me a $30 discount for my first purchase with them and the knife came very quickly! Awesome knife and service!

Solid...
Great knife, very solid. Was a little apprehensive with the scales, but they have no flex and are very firm.

Workhorse...
The Microtech MSI has become my daily shop knife. I love Microtech knives but haven’t used any OTF knives for anything beyond removing packing tape. On the other hand, the MSI has been slicing through packing straps, cordage, cardboard, and any other material I have thrown at it since day one. I appreciate the Apocalyptic stonewash finish; it hides any marks or finish damage that I may have done. The handle is comfortable, but the knife is blade-heavy, which hasn’t been an issue. I love the knife's blade length for work use but won’t hesitate to pick up another one with a three-inch blade for EDC (someone please make that happen). The blade came as sharp as a scalpel from the box, and the locking mechanism is rock solid.
