Literally zero blade play.
Massive fan of this little tank of a knife. I’ve had several Combat Troodon’s including Gen 3, but this kinda fits a perfect size for an EDC.. Oh yeah, and it’ll cut you just looking at it.. no wonder E-KNIVES sends you a bandaid.

Pretty amazing that they got this knife to lock up this solid. Besides that it’s a Microtech great quality blade. Action is great so far not as hard to deploy as the older models so I just hope that does not cause an issue over time. But great knife I would definitely recommend.

Microtech absolutely crushed it with the gen 3 ZBP Ultratechs. The gen 2 design was already great, but they improved on pretty much everything. Better blade to handle ratio, smoother action, improved pocket clip/glass breaker, and rock solid lockup. And it’s Torx so you can maintain it easier. It’s insane what you’re getting for the price. I even like the new tanto design better than the old one. Basically I can’t think of a single complaint. Side by side with my gen 2 tanto Ultratech it’s night and day. This thing is awesome. Also shoutout to EKnives, they will always be my go-to with their great customer service, quick shipping, and military discount.
