Love the look of a double-edge blade but love the usability of a single-edge or tanto?
Well now you can "have your cake and cut it too", with the Bayonet blade from Microtech Knives.
The best part about a Bayonet blade is it's sharpness on both sides, however your top edge is sharp 3/4 of the blade with a spot for your thumb to rest the other 1/4 of the way.
This OTF Automatic Ultratech features Microtech's newest handle, the "Stepside". It's a textured 6061-T6 Aluminum Handle with bronze hardware. It's topped off with a Bronzed Bayonet blade, perfect for any use.

a bayonet d/e blade with a 1 inch thumb rest on the button side so you can use it as a single edge just like the glykon but in ultratech size. this knife should be more popular than it is, can't understand it...but it's a keeper if you get 1 in your hands. highly recommended.

    Perfect EDC.. extremely sharp.

I've purchased a few, less expensive, OTF knifes in the past. This Microtech is by far the only knife I confidently use as an EDC. It had worked evertime without fail since day one. Cheaper knives ive bought in the past from lower tier companies rusted, the blade would stick on occasion, paint would chip. All are not a concern with Microtech.
