Microtech IS everything you think it is!
I was very pleased to receive my new knife in just 3 days after ordering. The personal note from CoCo shows that EK takes their business personally in the right way. On to the knife: Original, sealed OEM packaging. Not scuffs or dings etc. Off to a good start. The knife is flawless as I was expecting from Microtech. The operation is crisp and smooth. Fit and finish are fine and detailed. The grip has puchase lines in the appropriate places for my largish but not huge hands. The profile is slim but not slender. I like the feel and balance. Cutting. I cut some plastic tags off clothing very easily within minutes of getting this knife. I decided to cut some plastic and wood too for fun. Sharp and capable is my description. I’m going to take this knife to work tonight at the sawmill. I feel confident it will perform well with mild industrial applications. This knife will be a self defense carry option but I want to get some practice with it on objects at work. I will be buying another one when and if I beat this one up.
