Microtech Ultratech Ultem OTF Automatic Knife 3.4" MagnaCut DLC Dagger 122-1DLCTULS

Knife was amazing except for dlc coating on blade. You could see the metal composition through the coating. Not sure if it because how the coating attaches to the MagnaCut or it’s a QC issue. Eknives shipping was fast as usual.

The knife looks great, cuts ok. I haven’t owned it a full 2 weeks and I noticed one of the screws was missing. The top left one near the blade. This model accepts torx screws so I’m assuming that’s why it backed out. I screwed it back in after I came home and searched yesterday’s pants pocket. Luckily it was there. While screwing it back in I also did the rest, lo and behold they were all loose. The bottom right screw now won’t even thread in. I’m honestly trying to keep a positive mindset … this is my 1st and only Microtech. I’ve always wanted one, but couldn’t see myself spending the money. This really should not be happening. Maybe the proprietary Microtech screws would prevent this. I hope to get this dealt with ASAP. I’ve never messed with the screws at all. I planned on treating this knife like my Firearms, take it to a gun smith for maintenance etc. I am no professional at any of this. I hope to get this issue resolved soon! It was purchased August 1st, it hasn’t been 2 weeks & this knife has maybe cut 3 things.

Great blade. I would recommend to anyone looking for something a little different with great metal in the blade.

This knife is beautiful! It’s a testament to Microtech and their quality! It’s the best looking ultem out there. Action is like glass! It’s got a slightly upgraded internals making it super smooth! I wish i knew the HRC for their magnacut but so far I like it! Thank you EKnives for everything! EKnives is LIFE!!
