The Original Reate EXO Gravity OTF just got an upgrade with a much desired pocket clip and safety lock switch, something that was missing on the original model that was introduced several years ago. Reate also decided to add a heat anodized titanium inlay on this batch which makes for a very cool look against an all PVD titanium frame. 3 blade options on 3 inlay options for 2024.
The EXO from Reate is a gravity OTF knife. By pinching the handle scales and dropping the frame at an angle, you can easily slide the blade in and out with nothing but gravity. If you haven't guessed it already, this means hours of quality fidgeting! That aside, the build and materials of this knife are Reate standard: simply excellent and endlessly functional. Great Knife, unfortunately got a bad...
Extremely great knife to use and fidget with. The fit and finish of the knife is beautiful! However, unfortunately my knife had INSANE amounts of stick on the safety switch (slowly wearing it out) and the tip of the blade is a blunted a bit (extremely small amount but it is viewable). Other than that this knife is just like the other knives in the EXO lineup!

Amazing knife excellent...
Knife shipped same day I ordered it and came in the same week. This knife is awesome, the action is great and once you get it down and break it in, it is so much better. Looks beautiful, and yes there is some rattle but that has to be there or it wouldn’t function as a gravity knife. All in all great customer service and excellent knife.

Exolent!
This is my first Reate and I’m afraid won’t be my last. Hair popping sharp out of the box and perfect finishes/lines all around. Went with drop point because it looks better with the satin lines and also much more practical (for me at least). The titanium inlays shine a different color in different light and having the lock + clip is key for carrying. It’s probably the most fidgety knife I have and love the full size. Despite the size it disappears in the pocket. It takes about 5 seconds to learn how to whip it out.
