The Short Bladed Rockeye, or SBR for short, is a compact version of Pro-Tech's popular full-sized Rockeye Auto.

Both knives are designed by Marine Corps knife designer Les George, who’s ergonomic hard use knives have been faithfully translated to automatic versions by Pro-Tech. The SBR features a compact design, with a 2.5″ blade that’s built for a multitude of cutting tasks. A pocket milled spine adds extra grip and depth to the design. The knife snaps open with authority thanks to Pro-Tech's coil spring automatic mechanism.
Don’t let its size fool you, the SBR is a bantam powerhouse.

    The Protech SBR Short Bladed Rockeye is the best knife I own. I’m an old guy, over 75 and have owned knives since I was a kid. This SBR opens with major authority. I like the feel in your hand and the size and weight is perfect for an EDC. EK knives has the best communication of all the companies I have deals with. The perks they offer are above and beyond even an Almond Joy with your purchase.

    It’s a Pro-Tech! Unless you’ve been sleeping under a rock in the US, you know the name and the quality associated with it. The bigger surprise was how awesome the transaction with Eknives went.     I love this model the protech SBR Les george is an amazing creator and I just enjoy the sbr it’s not a big knife by any means bug has it’s character to do the job of one. I also love the amount of all the versions of this knife I’m looking forward to the dessert warrior and hopefully could purchase a Serape version somewhere. Plus purchase this knife at Eknives just make this experience that much better not only are they fast at getting your knife to you buy it feels like family. You really do not feel like your buying a knife from them you feel like your famous gifting you one.
