After some back and forth on the design parameters, Richard got a prototype completed...and Toor went to work dialing in things like the textured pivot, stronger spring, and custom washers to make the action silky smooth yet functional in dirty environments.
Long story short, the Maverick might look like "just another crossbar lock knife" but the countless hours of painstaking attention to every detail, like incorporating Richard's signature tri-lobe into the design language while maintaining his clean, simple aesthetic...proves this is definitely not "just another crossbar lock knife"!
