New Marfione MSG and MSG3 knives in stock
What happens when to monster custom knife makers and legends decide to put their mad skills together? You get one hell of a titanium flipper called the MSG 3. Tony Marfione (Microtech Knives) and Mick Strider (Strider Knives) have once again done the unthinkable and shocked the masses.
The MSG III has an integral frame which is to say it is machined from one solid piece of 6Al4V Titanium, instead of separate backspacer, standoffs and lockbar bolted together. This gives the frame a strength advantage over most knives.
The MSG III is mimicked after the Strider SNG in size with a taper frame that feels exceptional in the hand. The SNG is not a flipper so those that love the Strider SNG will fall in love all over again with a flipper version, called the MSGIII.
The blade on the Custom Marfione Strider MSG 3 is 3.5 inches of M390, one of the highest quality steels on the market. It will also come in Elmax and have various finishes and grinds.
The handle is an integral titanium frame that comes tumbled in stonewash and apocalyptic with a machined titanium pocket clip, todd begg style. The Hinderer lockbar stabilizer comes in blue anodized for a hint of color.
As with all Marfione Custom Knives, custom packaging is included:
- Carbon Fiber style box
- Nylon Zippered soft pouch w/metal dagger logo (velcro patch)
- Dagger logo microfiber soft cloth
