Zero Tolerance knives knows how to form a bond that produces some of the best tactical folding knives in the world, just ask Todd Rexford. Their latest creation, the Todd Rexford designed ZT 801 is nothing short of impressive with its titanium grooved handles, stonewashed Elmax blade and KVT ball bearing system to allow for assisted opening technology that does not use a spring, a la Ken Onion and the SpeedSafe spring assist.

I love everything about the ZT 0801, from the premium materials to the smooth flipper action. The fit and finish is top notch in the EDC knives world. The look and feel of this knife make it one of my favorites to carry and play with. I truly have a problem putting it down. Im having the scales anodized on one to change things up which tells you how much I love the look of it.

The Zero Tolerance 801 flipper knife is based off of Rexford's Singularity platform (click the link to go to Rexford knives and see the original).

The ZT0801 has a streamlined titanium frame that measures 4.7" long with milled grooves for eye catching appeal and grip. The decorative pivot hex screws are black giving it a very classy contrast with the titanium, though you can polish them if you so choose.

The titanium frame lock has excellent lock up and overall the knife is very tight and well assembled as is common with ZT knives. The black pocket clip is reversible, tip up or down and rides deep in the pocket for a nice EDC knife.

The ZT 801 Rexford has a 3.5" Elmax steel drop point blade with a beautiful stonewashed finish which is great at hiding wear and tear. The built in "flipper" allows for the blade to be deployed with one hand by simply pressing the flipper with your index finger. At first deployment it opened beautifully and felt like it had just been lubed up. Super smooth!

The Zero Tolerance 0801 blade rolls out buttery smooth via KVT ball bearing system which is a very nice touch on this solid knife. There are no thumb studs on this folder, it is flipper or bust! Trust me, after you try the flipper, you will forget all about thumb studs. There is no blade play on this folding knife which is typical of a ZT knife

If your in the market for a solid "all metal" looking titanium tactical folder then the Zero Tolerance 0801 Todd Rexford Design is all you will need! Supplies are limited so keep checking back with us from time to time and see if we have any in stock.
