The Microtech Scarab II 278-1 is a substantial OTF automatic knife featuring a sleek Black S/E (partially serrated) blade and the rugged construction that defines the Scarab II platform. Designed with Microtech's signature out-the-front automatic mechanism, this model combines a bold tactical aesthetic with a versatile blade configuration.
The S/E blade pairs a plain cutting edge with a serrated section, providing flexibility for different cutting applications. Its Black finish creates a streamlined, low-profile appearance that complements the Scarab II's robust design.
The Scarab II's OTF automatic action allows the blade to deploy and retract directly through the front of the handle using the integrated thumb actuator. The substantial chassis provides a solid feel in hand while maintaining the distinctive angular styling associated with Microtech's full-size OTF designs.
