Microtech Screw Tool
Microtech has these pesky custom made screws that prevent you from getting in a knife and cleaning it out thoroughly. I purchased this purely so I could open a Microtech I have that was really gummed up and wouldn't want to fire all the way fully. Put this in a cordless drill and zipped out the screws, no problem. Cleaned up the Microtech and now I have a normally functioning knife again. These are a bit expensive, but everything about Microtech is a bit expensive -- worth the cost to maintenance the knife. I'd watch some videos first to know the tiny springs and what not to do like I did initially by having one of the springs shoot across the room and was in the dark void for a good 30 minutes.

Medium triangle socket
While my screw remains loose, the two loose screws on my combat troodon are healed. Excellent inexpensive alternative to the microtech tool.
