The Microtech Ultratech is the first ever OTF (out the front) automatic knife produced by Microtech Knives. Since 1999 there have been over 50,000 models in circulation making it an industry leader. It features a 3.4" Tanto blade with Satin finish standard edge. The Ultratech features a 5" black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle with bead blast finished pocket clip, glass breaker and stainless steel hardware. The Ultratech's spring remains at rest in both the open and closed position to help relieve fatigue on the spring compression allowing for longevity and durability.

Microtech Ultratech II tanto
My first Microtech and the beginning of an expensive hobby lol the classic Gen II without the bells and whistles. Better start training those thumbs while you wait for it in the mail which isn't long because they SHIP SAME DAY UPS (if ordered before 3PM EST). But yeah, the OG Ultratech, new in box, for less than $300 delivered to my door in approximately 48 hours? No brainer to enter the wonderful world of Microtech. Less than two weeks later I've ordered another.
