The OTF knife which all others are measured by.
What can be said about an ultratech that hasn’t already been said. Quality is top notch and the knife comes very sharp. The thumb mechanism is still if you are not familiar with OTF knives. My knife has an apocalyptic bronze finish which is an ever so slightly worn finish. I like the worn finishes if you plan on using the knife as a daily EDC. This knife is a good size. My girlfriend bought me a UTX-70 for Christmas that I found to be too small for my personal taste. I was afraid I was going to loose it so it went into the safe quickly. The ultratech is more what I was expecting.

Knife was as described and razor sharp, but the best part of dealing with Eknives was the customer service. I had an issue which almost resulted in my purchase getting declined but after a phone call from them it was straightened out asap and two days later I had the knife in my hands.

Slick and Sick!
Not gonna lie; I liked this knife from the website photos alone, but when I got it, which was super fast–by the way, it was not smooth, and it was not easy to fire it open and just as tough to close it too. However, after reaching out to EK, they recommended WD-40 and not so much the REM oil that Microtech recommends on their videos–and believe me, I tried the REM, and it didn't really do much. But the WD-40, I thought, didn't do much at first and was kinda beginning to feel disappointed until I fired it off again a couple of hours later, and it was way better. Now it is slick yet tight, I can't explain it, but I love this knife. Microtech and EK fan for life moving forward. EK has excellent customer service, they were genuinely interested in my shopping experience, and as an ecomm seller myself, I know that is GOLD. Oh... and they have a sense of humor, too; they sent me a cool sticker that's now on my gun safe and some candy, and get this, a band-aid!!! LOL
