The Microtech Ultratech is the first ever OTF (out the front) automatic knife produced by Microtech Knives. The dual action automatic that started it all is the smoothest operating out the front you will find. It features a 3.4" blade. The Ultratech has a 5" anodized 6061-T6 aluminum contour smooth handle with bead blast finished pocket clip, glass breaker and stainless steel hardware. The double action slide switch allows for fast automatic deployment and retraction when you need it. The slim design of the Ultra make it the perfect EDC knife.

I have a ton of knives handed down from my dad. I love em all. This one is the first one I purchased on my own in all of my 49 years. I think I did good. Microtechnology Ultratech 122-4 is a thing of beauty
While this OTF is not cheap, the QPR (Quality to Price Ratio) is off the charts. The in and out OTF action is both firm and smooth, I say perfect. This is an excellent design and flawlessly manufactured. The sharpness is great, the pocket clip is very firm which I view as perfect. I like the blade length and overall size and weight. If you’re interested in the Ultratech, don’t hesitate, just get it, you won’t be sorry. Ultratech is an American company with an attention to detail and their product confirms they are a proud American company. Try Microtech if you’re in the market, you will not be sorry.
