Microtech Ultratech OTF Automatic Knife Black 3.4" Drop Point Stonewash 121-10

I ordered and got the Microtech Ultratech OTF 121-10. Nice Knife but the engage/retract switch is way to stiff to the point that I had to use two hands, one to hold the knife and one to engage the switch, same for retraction. I sent the knife to Microswitch Factory for service to see if they can make any adjustments. I have other manufacturers Knives and they work fine and open and close with resonable force.

Great knife, great steel, great smooth action. I love it. The one complaint I have, is the pocket clip sucks. It is not tight to the handle at all, it will slide right off your pant. It does not hold well with the clip, I hate it actually. But, I love the knife so much I carry it differently lol. So take it how you will. I would buy again and plan on it. I will just be looking for a better clip alternative to switch to.

I wanted another ultra tech as an everyday, so this one will be a worker. No need to review the knife - it’s a Microtech. This was my first time buying with EK, though. Clean and easy online process, great updates on order progress, and delivery was very timely. Exactly what you’d expect from larger dealers or mega knife vendors. What I didn’t expect were the personal touches in the emails, the hand written note in my package, and the goodies let me know there was someone on the other end of my purchase. Very nice and I’ll be buying from EK every chance I get.

It is a great product. The transaction was quick. They always answer and are accurate. The blade of the steel is M390 which is rated 9 by counting from 0 to 10. It is an excellent material. Cut like a razor for parba. The knife is very safe because to open and close I don't have to touch the blade so I can't cut myself. I recommend it and buy it again. What a little. But quality costs and stays with you. you notice the quality when you use it.

Been scoping out a knife like this for a while. Really pleased with this knife. It’s extremely well built and extremely sharp. I had some back and forth via text and quite pleased with that service. They are fairly quick to respond. I don’t believe they have anyone manning phones but that was ok with me. Definitely will buy from them again.

Not much to say about the knife that hasn't been said. It's the gold standard for OTFs. I would like to thank the guys at EK. I placed the order on a Thursday morning, selected the free shipping option, and got it Friday afternoon. Great guys and super easy transaction. 10/10

This is one “bad-ass” knife. Being a former US Army Paratrooper, who was selected “Special Duty” “Fighting in Built up Areas” training El Salvadorans for their war.! I simple love this knife as an every day carry (edc ) I see why John Wick used the Ultra-Tec in his first movie!! The deployment is slick and purposeful . The blade is sharp with authority . And the withdrawal of the blade puts a explanation point on the job being “finished” once and for all. I love pulling it out in a crowd to cut something, never once did I pull it out and somebody said “wait...could I see that knife?” Wow this is Nice!! Where can I get one?
