    Build quality is exceptional. Ease of use is very nice and has performed very well over hundreds of cycles. The tri-grip provides excellent grip but is not overly aggressive for long term use.

    I love the knife. I returned it to get the "dead man's hand", and I wish I hadn't. The tri-grip was much more tactile. I have sweaty hands, and the new knife is slick. So. You live and you learn. Both great knives, but I think the tri-grip is better .
