I’m a gear head. So I regularly interact/purchase from all of the top tier vendors across all facets from guns, hunting gear, tactical equipment, knives etc. Because of this, I’m partial to a few select vendors, as are most of us eventually. It’s a simple science really: Order processed/shipped lightning fast, customer is updated frequently, product packaging is rock solid and product arrives in perfect working condition. That’s what the best do. EKnives does all of that. But, how many of those companies have a generous points-system contributing to significant discounts on subsequent purchases? How many of these companies are run by an actual family (just like yours)? How many will write, not one, but 2 personal “thank you’s” directly on your receipt and include candy/swag/bandaids?
