Truly a...
The Malibu has been sold out everywhere for so long, it had become an obsession to finally get my hands on one. With these new batches, I’m finally the proud owner of two, one with a wharncliffe in Magnacut and a reverse tanto model in CPM 20cv. I’m glad that the newer models have the textured handles. They are on the smaller size so the extra grip sure does help maintain a good purchase on the knife. Like most knife addicts, my button lock knife collection has grown over the years. These Malibu’s have the best detent of any button lock I’ve tried though, even better than the Protech Mordax. A bit more lock stick on this reverse tanto I just got, but I’m sure that will work itself out in time. Just more of an excuse to fidget with it more. My wife just loves when I do that… ha ha The staff here at EKnives are top notch. The knife is packed with care along with a hand written note on the invoice, thanking you for your business.
