The Fallout Titanium flipper is a production run modeled after custom knife maker Rick Barrett and his Fallout knife. The compound ground recurve blade is made up of CTS 204P steel and has a stonewash finish. The hugely popular model from Rick is produced by Reate Knives, second to none is quality and fit/finish.
