The Pentagon Pick is turned from a solid bar of Grade 5 Titanium offering a sleek, lightweight tool. Being made from titanium allows them to be taken into a non-permissive environment without being detected by a magnetometer. Please note, the sheath does have a steel clip and steel fasteners, a little ingenuity and some paracord will offer non magnetic methods of carry if needed. RMJ offers a plain satin finish, as well as two anodized and steel-shot tumbled finishes. These include a Kydex sheath with an UltiClip for a wide range of carry options.
What is it for? To make a hole in, or through something. Beyond holes, these are great for opening your pile of Amazon boxes and sparing the edge on your knife. From an EDC standpoint, it's a simple deflator, ventilator tool.
