I got a aluminum set from E knives earlier in the month. Those were nice. These babies take it to another level! Once again Clay, Coco and the whole team came through! If you see them jump because the sell out FAST! worth every penny and will pulverize your beef. Don't do anything stupid with them as the instructions say.
