Dull and...
Well the box was opened at one end so I Thought for a minute. They sent me an open box item. The knife point is very sharp but the sides are very dull. The blade appears to be hitting the internal part of the knife when it's actuated. So it's just getting duller. Haven't contacted customer service yet Underwhelmed so far to say the least.

Blade is loose and will not be fixed by wd-40 or gun oil. Disappointing!
