Water is adaptability made deliberate. The second release in the Spartan–Ronin Five Rings Project, WATER is a collaboration between Spartan Blades and Tu Lam of Ronin Tactics, built on our new Pandia titanium-framed folding knife. Inspired by The Book of Five Rings by Miyamoto Musashi, WATER embodies fluidity in action, adjusting to the environment, flowing around obstacles, and prevailing through balance and control.
In Musashi’s teaching, Water is the element of adaptability: respond to the situation as it unfolds, remain balanced under pressure, and move without rigidity. This knife reflects that mindset—smooth in deployment, natural in hand, and ready to perform in any environment.
