    Truly Awesome EDC Knife!

Posted by East Bay Walker on Jan 21st 2022

Best EDC knife I've carried!! Ergos are fantastic, and the build/fit/finish is superb! Really love the knife. Action is super smooth; easy to deploy whether using the top flipper, reverse flick, or thumb opening. Drops shut with a glassy feel (a lot nicer action than a lot of more expensive knives on bearings). Even though the scales are only G10, they look and feel great in hand. My only drawback is that the pocket clip, while beautiful imo, it is a little tight (but still very usable).

    Your Formal Occasion Wingman

Posted by Jerome Wilson on Nov 29th 2021

If you're serious about your knife collection, you've gotta have a few dressy knives to accompany the look. The best way to describe the Mach 1 is a "Formal Occasion Wingman". It's subtle in the background and highlights your appearance like a true wingman would. This knife's unique design and front flipper action are easy to use and ambidextrous. Its flat grind, drop point blade design provides a simple, stylish, and sensible construction that allows for a reliable and classy utilitarian knife for any occasion where your standard EDC knife doesn't meet that look. I personally won't use this knife for everyday carry tasks, even though the elmax steel can more than put up with it. Instead, this knife will be used on my casual and dressy threads. To conclude the Mach 1 is an excellent knife that can be used as an EDC knife and will meet the tasks you present to it. EKnives customer service in my opinion is unrivaled and you will have a pleasurable shopping experience with both the service provided and the quality and characteristics of this knife.
