Benchmade Shorthand thumbs...
well the pen is well made but the ink cartridge in mine was not writing smooth. The description says it takes a Fisher Space Pen refill. I called Fisher and was told these refills were a special order for Benchmade and are no longer available. Benchmade never reordered extras so their customers who bought these pen can get refills. I then called Benchmade who said we don't have refills and we have no plans to place a new order with Fisher to make these mini refills. I said what do I do with a $160 pen that you can't get ink for. He said I just told you we don't have refills and are not getting any I hope you have a good day.Disconnected. I can't believe a company like Benchmade would sell a product and then tell the customer TOUGH LUCK you wasted your money ! Where is the customer support?
