I had been looking for a full titanium model for a long time and I am very happy with the purchase. Nice hefty, heavy duty knife with great action.

    Excellent Quality and Value

I'm up to 8 Chaves knives now, and I think I got 6 of them here at Eknives. (The only reason not all is that they were out of stock and I had to look elsewhere and pay slightly more). Eknives also has the best and easiest to use Rewards program which has saved me at least $75 so far. The hardest part about buying a Chaves knife is deciding on whether to get the full Ti or the G10 show side with Ti back., I have the full size Liberation drop point and this Liberation Street Flipper DP and Liberation Street Tanto flipper all in Ti, so just picked up the Sangre Street in G10. The Ti is a bit fatter and slightly heavier, while the G10 is a fraction lighter and a bit grippier. The Sangre Wharncliffe is more likely to do double duty as a self-defense knife so that's why G10, but I could have gone either way. The $20 cost difference is not a factor to me. All Chaves knives made by Reate that I have are M390, have great action, are drop shutty closers, and just reek quality. I wish I could afford handmade customs direct from Chaves, but until then these Reates made to his specs will do very well. Keeping my eye out on the used market for a Redencion 229 with hand rubbed finish, or machine finish will work, in any blade config, as I missed those. Also looking forward to a black blade or black Ti finish soon. Get one from Eknives, you won't be disappointed!
