Guardian Tactical RECON-035 Black Automatic 3.3"...
I’ve had the Recon-035 on my “wish list” for a while now, after reading many very positive reviews online from reputable knife dealers, reviewers and verified buyers…So, what better time to purchase one than my birthday? Clayton at EKnives helped me out with my choice, going with a “blacked-out” model of the Recon-035! After a very fast ship time, it arrived on time, on my birthday…I was stunned at how gorgeous it was! I next (of course!) hit the unique thumb slide, and it was “as smooth as butter”, just like the reviews said…The ELMAX Dagger Blade deploys without the “friction” that other OTF’s deal with! The anodized aluminum handle is “grippy” and lightweight, bringing the Recon’s total weight to a comfortable 3.81 oz. With this said, and a very reasonable price point of $285, can you say “EDC”? Smooth...
Hands down the smoothest operating OTF I’ve encountered to date. Blades are strong and super sharp right out of the box. Very minimal blade play if any at all. No rattling of the blade in the housing. Overall a great experience. This has become my EDC and has not disappointed me yet. Be Blessed Parker
