    If this knife was preowned then it was never used. It was absolutely flawless. Knife is a perfect blend between art, science, and utility. The customer service was spot on professionally, timely, and friendly. This is the third knife I’ve purchased through e-knives and every transaction has been far superior to most other like-type merchants. I’ll definitely keep buying from this store. You simply don’t find customer service like this anywhere else.
