The Microtech D.O.C (death on contact) Flipper knife is a collaboration between Mick Strider and Anthony Marifone of Microtech Knives is theÌ´Ì_2013 Blade Show Winner for "Most Innovative Design" AND "Collaboration of the Year". Ì´Ì_The DOC also comes in an auto version called the "DOC Killswitch" also in production for 2013. TheÌ´Ì_Microtech DOC flipper manual actionÌ´Ì_features a 3.75" S-30V steel partially serrated blade with a SATIN finish and oversized textured thumbstuds, thumb ridge and extended tang. The blade is a spear point with bevel cut, flat grind and stamped with a serial number, date and "Death on Contact". The 5.5" aluminum handles feature a titanium sub lock for excellent blade lockup and traction (grip tape) inserts for handling. Comes with extended lanyard slot, Ì´Ì_stainless pocket clipÌ´Ì_with "A.
