Amazing Knife - Poor Customer...
I ordered the Microtech Ultratech Gen III ZBP OTF Natural Clear Gray 3.5" M390 Hellhound Apocalyptic 1119-10APNCS. It is a work of art. It has me looking at getting more Hellhound knives. So if I loved the knife, why three stars? I did/t want to tank the rating on the knife but, EKnives is lacking in their customer service. I placed the order and paid for next day shipping. They charged me for next day shipping. They then shipped the item but it was not delivered until Monday. When contacted, they stated that the shipper does not deliver on Saturday. During checkout it states UPS Next Day Devlivery. If they are aware of restrictions then they should have listed those during the shipping portion of the checkout.
